Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all sets and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
